Down Under School of Yoga - Boston South End is a yoga studio offering drop-in classes seven days a week, with morning and evening sessions across a range of yoga and fitness styles including Iyengar, Ashtanga, Flow, Hot Power, Restorative, Yin, and Pilates. The school also provides yoga teacher trainings and serves students of all experience levels with instruction in yoga, meditation, fitness, and Ayurveda.
