Cambridge Insight Meditation Center is an urban insight meditation center in Cambridge, Massachusetts, founded by Larry Rosenberg in 1985. Rosenberg served as its first Guiding Teacher and was soon joined by Narayan Helen Liebenson. Since opening, the center has offered a refuge for people seeking a more contemplative life and has intentionally fostered a sangha centered on meditation practice and bringing contemplation into daily life. It was the first urban Insight Meditation Center in the United States.
