Jacqueline West is a Registered Dietitian with a Master's degree in Nutrition Science and a current GEPN Family Nurse Practitioner student at Yale University. Her practice is built on a deep passion for holistic, culturally grounded healing — an approach that resonates through every part of her work. Mentored by the late Dr. Sebi, she draws on ancestral wisdom, herbal traditions, and non-Western food practices to complement modern nutrition care, offering her clients something richer than the standard clinical model.
Known for challenging the "one-size-fits-all" approach, Jacqueline blends the science of nutrition with powerful, often-underutilized strategies rooted in culture, nature, and tradition. She dives deeply into the connections between food, cellular health, inflammation, and longevity, empowering clients with knowledge and options frequently overlooked in conventional settings. Her style is educational and personalized — she believes nutrition should be accessible, and that lasting change comes from transforming both diet and mindset.
Her expertise spans a wide range of needs, including diabetes, kidney disease, bariatric support, food allergies and sensitivities, eating disorders and disordered eating, weight loss, and plant-based living, with experience across anti-inflammatory, gluten-free, high-protein, low-carb, and vegetarian and vegan approaches. Whatever a client's starting point, her goal is the same: to meet them as a whole person rather than a diagnosis.
At the heart of it all is Jacqueline's mission to bridge medical nutrition therapy with functional, naturopathic, and culturally relevant care — working to address the root causes of chronic conditions and creating space for genuine healing through food and mindset. Based in Las Vegas and offering telehealth across more than a dozen states, she welcomes clients seeking a more personalized, culturally aware path to their health.
