Lita Buttolph

Lita Buttolph, DSOM, LAc is a Portland-based licensed acupuncturist and certified Qi Gong instructor who provides gentle, compassionate care grounded in Chinese medicine. Her treatments typically include a thorough intake, pulse and tongue assessment, and a combination of acupuncture, moxibustion, and gentle bodywork, with Chinese herbal formulas, simple qigong exercises, and dietary recommendations offered as appropriate. She works with patients of all ages and abilities, including children, older adults, and sensitive individuals, and also offers individual and group qigong instruction, including classes for people with MS, other neurological conditions, and mental health conditions.
