Beargrass Christian Church is a Louisville congregation centered on a threefold calling: worship with hope, grow with love, and serve with a passion for justice. These interwoven commitments shape its worship, congregational life, and service, reflecting a ministry that pairs spiritual formation with an outward-facing sense of purpose. The church is part of the Disciples tradition and observes the rhythms of the Christian year, including Easter and Holy Week. Its leadership includes Senior Minister Flowers, who has served since 2021 following more than twenty years on the staffs of Disciples congregations; Erin Phelps, called in January 2026 as Minister for Children and Communications; and Daniel Spurlock, who leads the music program and Beargrass Choir.
