Maybe you've started a new job and feel uncertain, or you keep circling the same issue in a relationship without resolution, or a project you were once excited about now feels overwhelming to begin. Whatever the situation, Donna serves as a true companion — asking the questions that bring clarity, reflecting back the things you said but moved past too quickly to notice, and helping you build the confidence to do what you set out to do. Sessions are fully confidential, and you remain the expert on your own life; together you'll define both your overall goals and what you'd like to focus on each time you meet.

Separately, Donna is also trained and certified in spiritual direction — a distinct practice she keeps entirely separate from her coaching work. Spiritual direction, or spiritual companionship, is an age-old tradition of talking with someone about your faith and where you find yourself in your relationship with God. Whether you're new to faith and exploring what challenges or inspires you, or someone with a longstanding faith who simply wants to share where you are right now, Donna offers a confidential, supportive space. These sessions may include prayer — led by Donna or by you, as you prefer — and may draw on Scripture. Her credentials include Basic Theological Studies at St. Paul School of Theology in Kansas City and credentialing by the United Methodist Church in 2014, with the ongoing support of four spiritual directors across multiple denominations.
