Mid City Zen is a peer-led Soto Zen community in the Suzuki Roshi lineage based in New Orleans, Louisiana. The community welcomes newcomers and offers a regular Sunday morning program featuring zazen, Sunday service, walking meditation, Dharma talks, study groups, community gatherings, and mindful cleaning, with introductory Zen instruction offered on select Sundays.
