Inner High Yoga

Inner High Yoga is a Milwaukee-based yoga shala founded in June 2020. Rooted in Ashtanga and the eight limbs of yoga, it offers in-studio and virtual yoga classes including Ashtanga Yogachikitsa, Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, meditation, soundbath, Reiki, Kirtan, and outdoor yoga.
