Central Rock Gym - Buffalo is an indoor climbing and fitness facility serving western upstate New York. The gym features more than 100 top-rope and lead climbing stations, over 100 bouldering problems, fitness and yoga classes, and community events, all within a 22,000-square-foot space designed for climbers of varying experience levels.
